The efficient ready-made mortar, by Vitcas, has a glue-like consistency, making it economical to use. The product is sold in practical 10-kg buckets and can be used without any additional preparation, including the addition of water. The product only needs to be mixed after opening the container. The thickness of the material applied should not exceed 5 mm. High-quality chamotte mortar is used for the construction of cookers, fireplaces or other heating appliances.

Vitcas’ excellent ready-made mortar product is distinguished by its resistance to extremely high temperatures of up to 1,400 degrees Celsius. The product also forms an effective protective barrier against smoke and gas. It is noteworthy that chamotte mortar bonds well with other building materials. One bucket of mortar is sufficient to lay 40 chamotte mortar bricks of standard dimensions. The surface to which the product will be applied must be duly cleaned. The product is applied with a trowel, which needs to be washed thoroughly with water after the work is completed.
